HR Executive / Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and employment laws in India.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
