Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status.
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices for non-IT roles.
  • should be flexible to work as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-technical roles (entry to mid-level roles).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
