Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and providing feedback. This role requires a proactive approach to finding top talent and a passion for connecting candidates with opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
