Job Title :  Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Department : Talent Acquisition

Vertical : BPO

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 0–2 Years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Qualification : Any Undergraduate /  Graduate

 Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned client mandates.

* Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.

* Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.

* Screen and shortlist profiles based on skills, experience, and client requirements.

* Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary candidate assessments.

* Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Follow up with shortlisted and selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
