About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter with 12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in organic hiring methodsbuilding networks, leveraging social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcingwithout relying heavily on job portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
  • Drive organic hiring strategies including social media hiring, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and bulk hiring needs.
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at every stage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 12 years of proven experience in recruitment with a focus on organic hiring methods.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across platforms like LinkedIn, social media, networking forums, and professional groups.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of current hiring trends and market insights.
