Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing positions. The role requires someone who understands hiring needs, moves fast, and builds strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Maintain and update ATS/CRM with candidate data
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
- 24 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and ATS tools
Good to Have:
- Experience in startup or consultancy hiring
- Exposure to tech, non-tech
