We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of each role.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and tools.
