We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment and a strong understanding of the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and hiring processes.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
