The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates
- Provide feedback to candidates and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates and recruitment strategies
