We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates
• Provide feedback to candidates and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates and recruitment strategies
