Role Overview:
Hands-on HR role managing end-to-end HR operations for a 6070 staff aviation training organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: instructors, engineers, technicians, dispatchers & support staff
Draft & manage employment contracts, instructor agreements, bonds & NDAs
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, PF/ESIC/TDS
Maintain aviation-specific records (licenses, medicals, DGCA post-holder files)
Support DGCA audits with complete staff documentation
Manage onboarding, probation, exits & disciplinary actions
Coordinate with Training, Safety & CAMO teams for manpower planning
