Job Description

  • Human Resources professional with 10+ years of experience specializing in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee relations, documentation, grievance handling, and exit management
  • Effectively manage Employee relation
  • End to end Talent acquisition from sourcing, CV shortlisting, scheduling, defining grade and salary fitment and handling salary negotiations
  • Drafting and Managing vendor contracts for recruitment purpose
  • Conduct pre-employment medical checkup, issue appointment letter and receive acceptance of candidate
  • Maintain data related to open positions and status of recruitment on real time basis
  • Performance Management system and Reward management for entire Green Energy business
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver induction program for new joiners
  • Define and determine the Organization design for the upcoming units and businesses
  • Streamline the reporting structure to optimize the resources available
