KVAT & Co is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager HR to join us in an on-site role.
This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working hands-on across the HR lifecycle and wants to grow with a high-performance consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Recruitment (lateral & support hiring)
- Contract Staffing management and coordination
- HR Operations onboarding, documentation, employee records
- Payroll support and coordination with finance / vendors
- Basic Administration support vendor coordination, office HR needs
- Ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and processes
What We're Looking For
- 23 years of relevant HR experience (consulting/professional services preferred)
- Strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
- Experience in contract staffing and payroll coordination
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
