We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – HR

KVAT & Co is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – HR to join us in an on-site role.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working hands-on across the HR lifecycle and wants to grow with a high-performance consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Recruitment (lateral & support hiring)
  • Contract Staffing management and coordination
  • HR Operations – onboarding, documentation, employee records
  • Payroll support and coordination with finance / vendors
  • Basic Administration support – vendor coordination, office HR needs
  • Ensuring compliance with internal HR policies and processes

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (consulting/professional services preferred)
  • Strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
  • Experience in contract staffing and payroll coordination
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
