Job description: HR Executive
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
About The Gig
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR processes, documentation, and coordination across multiple HR functions.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and issue HR letters such as offer, appointment, experience letters, and other HR letters.
- Handle employee insurance operations including enrollments, deletions, and coordination with vendors.
- Work on HRMS platforms (preferably Keka) for employee data management and HR operations.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards using Excel.
- Provide support in payroll processing, data validation, and coordination with internal or external stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate NPS-related activities and ensure timely compliance.
- Address employee queries and grievances effectively within defined timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
What You Bring
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Excel (reports, dashboards, and basic formulas).
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (Keka preferred).
- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance (NPS, PF, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
