We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role involves handling the complete employee lifecycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth HR processes in line with organizational policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR discussions
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining formalities
Handle onboarding and exit processes
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
Act as a point of contact between candidates, management, and internal teams
Coordinate with external agencies for background verification
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field
25 years of HR experience
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
