Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive who will support core UK HR operations while also assisting with recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day UK HR administration, employee documentation, and HR processes while coordinating hiring activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding process.

This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and capable of managing both HR operational responsibilities and basic recruitment tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases.
  • Support HR policies, compliance, and internal processes.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment Support

  • Post job openings on job portals and professional networks.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment records.
  • Assist with reference checks and offer coordination.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of HR experience, with some exposure to recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience with candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
