Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities, including documentation, coordination, and internal communication.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and final settlements.
- Execute and support various HR operations, including policy implementation and employee lifecycle management.
- Address employee grievances effectively and provide timely resolutions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisal coordination, feedback collection, and documentation.
