Job Description

Experience Required: 6 months to 2 Years || Educational Qualification: Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree || Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, through Job portals, advertisements, and other sources
  • Looking after Joining and Exit Formalities of employees
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Implement HR policies and guidelines
  • Identifying and managing databases of full-time employees, freelancers, management institutes, and vendors
  • Looking after the day-to-day Admin activities- Files management, Documentation, Stationeries, Courier, housekeeping, etc.

Skills Required (Primary)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be competent with the Internet and all Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Can work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to hunt talent pool required by the company both at the junior and senior level
  • Efficient in managing all routine admin and operational work
