Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in recruitment and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment cycle, generating business/client leads, and supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates till joining.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Lead Generation Responsibilities
- Generate potential client leads through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and online research.
- Connect with companies for business development and recruitment opportunities.
- Maintain database of prospective clients and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and target industries.
HR Coordination
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support HR operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare reports related to recruitment and lead generation activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in lead generation and client coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- Experience in consultancy/recruitment industry preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment and cold calling will be an added advantage.
