Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our People & Culture team. You will support core HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations. This is a high-impact role that requires excellent coordination skills, empathy, and a passion for building great teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation (offers, NDAs, letters, etc.)
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking and leave management
• Coordinate performance review cycles and feedback sessions
• Plan and execute internal engagement initiatives & culture-building activities
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain HR dashboards and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (agency or in-house)
• Good understanding of recruitment platforms and HR tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, LinkedIn)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven and empathetic
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
