Overview

The Senior HR Executive plays a vital role in shaping the workforce and culture of the organization. Acting as a bridge between management and employees, this role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. End to end recruitment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes for smooth integration.
  • Oversee performance management systems and conduct evaluations.
  • Facilitate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee surveys to measure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting systems.
  • Stay updated on HR trends to drive innovation in practices.
  • Advise management on employee disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Engage in talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Act as a mentor to junior HR staff and provide support.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
  • Experience with performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in employee training and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives.
  • Commitment to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
