Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking a commercially driven, strategically minded Marketing & Growth Manager to own and scale the organization's marketing, communications, and audience growth engine across global digital channels.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, revenue, and leadership influence. You will partner directly with senior leadership to translate visibility into measurable commercial outcomesincluding pipeline growth, partnerships, and market positioningacross both B2B and B2C initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Growth & Market Positioning

  • Own and scale digital growth across priority platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Medium), with a clear focus on commercial relevance and audience quality, not vanity metrics.
  • Lead executive and leadership-level digital presence, positioning senior figures as credible, influential voices within high-stakes global ecosystems.
  • Translate complex ideas, insights, and initiatives into clear market-facing narratives that drive credibility, trust, and demand.
  • Ensure rigorous brand consistency, professionalism, and strategic tone aligned with enterprise, institutional, and leadership audiences.

Commercial Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel growth campaigns that directly support revenue, partnerships, and business development goals.
  • Build and manage monthly and campaign-based content strategies aligned to commercial moments and global milestones (e.g., Davos, UNGA, Climate Week, product launches).
  • Own email marketing strategy across B2B and B2C segments, including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion optimization.
  • Partner with creative and external teams to deliver high-impact assets that support lead generation, deal progression, and brand authority.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to move audiences from awareness to engagement to conversion.

Analytics & Growth Optimization

  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards tracking pipeline contribution, lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics across web, social, and email.
  • Analyze performance and deliver commercially actionable insights to leadershipwhat's driving growth, what's stalling it, and where to invest next.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, market signals, and audience behavior to continuously refine positioning and go-to-market strategy.

Sales & Business Development Alignment

  • Act as a strategic partner to business development and leadership teams, ensuring marketing directly supports sales pipelines, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
  • Design and manage lead-generation and nurture campaigns that contribute meaningfully to commercial outcomes.
  • Refine product, program, and offering messaging to maximize relevance with enterprise, institutional, and executive decision-makers.
  • Support leadership communications in high-visibility moments, ensuring messaging aligns with organizational priorities, risk sensitivity, and commercial intent.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or communications, ideally within impact-driven, knowledge-based, or leadership-focused organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes through multi-channel marketing and growth strategies.
  • Strong command of tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and email marketing platforms.
  • Proven experience managing executive-level or thought-leadership communications in high-visibility or high-stakes contexts.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2C funnels, lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills tailored to senior leaders, policymakers, enterprise buyers, and global audiences.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
