About the Role
We are expanding across Fitness, Restaurants, Hotels, and Contract Food Services and we're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our demand generation engine.
You will be responsible for running multi-channel campaigns, owning our funnels, optimizing conversions, and building the marketing machine that fuels our next stage of growth.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone who loves building from scratch.

Responsibilities
Demand Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and social
Build vertical-specific funnels for Fitness, Restaurants, and Hotels
Drive MQL SQL Opportunity progression
Manage campaigns from idea execution reporting
Website & Conversion
Own landing pages, A/B tests, and conversion optimization
Collaborate with content + design to drive consistent messaging
Improve demo conversion and lead quality
Lifecycle Marketing
Build nurture workflows and automated sequences
Create onboarding, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns
Cross-Functional
Work closely with SDRs & AEs to refine messaging
Translate product updates into GTM plays
Collaborate with marketing ops for automation + attribution
Analytics
Own dashboards for CAC, CPL, MQL SQL conversions
Deliver weekly reporting to leadership
Optimize budget allocation based on ROI

Required Experience
48 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand gen roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar (mandatory)
Proven ability to drive pipeline growth
Strong execution skills with a bias for action
Experience with running paid campaigns
Strong analytical + communication skills
