Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing innovative marketing strategies across various channels to accelerate company growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of the full marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral (AARRR funnel).

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns (e.g., search, social, display), organic channels (e.g., SEO, email, content) and events.

  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across channels to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, ad creative, and email flows to continuously improve conversion rates.

  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for product-led growth (PLG) and in-product activation.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Implement and manage marketing technology (MarTech) stack to track user behavior and automate marketing processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising.

  • Mentor and potentially manage a junior growth team member.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth-focused marketing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing ABM campaigns and driving measurable growth.

  • Exposure to various marketing channels including Google Ads, LinkedIN, and email marketing platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
