Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to support our customer engagement and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools, strong copy writing skills, proven ability to manage campaign calendar and scheduling, and the ability to analyze campaign performance data to drive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
* Plan, execute, and analyse CRO experiments to improve website and app funnel performance.
* Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, journeys, and user flows.
2. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
* Own Email Marketing end-to-end — campaign planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
* Plan and execute CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, and Email.
* Build, monitor, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys (new users, dormant users, churned users, repeat buyers).
* Execute daily push notification strategy PAN India with personalized and region-wise nudges.
3. Segmentation & Personalization
* Run A/B tests using RFM segmentation to improve campaign performance and personalization.
* Build and optimize category-led product journeys focused on retention and repeat purchases.
4. Growth Initiatives
* Identify and execute new growth initiatives to increase top-line revenue for WBN India and International markets.
* Drive new user activation, app installs, engagement, and conversion through CRM-driven strategies.
5. Retention & LTV Improvement
* Lead retention-focused campaigns to improve order frequency, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience with tools like Clevertap, Webengage & Moengage (mandatory)
* Hands-on experience with CRM channels: WhatsApp, Push, SMS, Email Marketing.
* Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and automation workflows.
* Experience with CRO tools and methodologies (A/B testing, funnel analysis).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
Other Requirements
* Strong copywriting and campaign planning skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and performance teams.
