About The Role
Ledure Lightings is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to learn and grow in the marketing domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution
- Support social media management (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
- Help create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and emailers
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM tools
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva (preferred)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
