This role involves direct field sales of GMart WhatsApp Chatbot and Automation solutions. The Field Sales Executive will visit businesses in the market, demonstrate industry-specific chatbot workflows, Chatbot features and convert businesses into paying customers.
Responsibilities
- GMart enables businesses to automate conversations and workflows on WhatsApp including: Prospect Lead Capture Automation, Customer Service Automation, Vendor Communication Automation.
Daily Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses in assigned territory.
- Identify business owners or decision-makers.
- Conduct WhatsApp chatbot demonstrations.
- Explain automation benefits for the business.
- Close sales and onboard businesses.
- Maintain daily reporting of visits, demos, and closures.
Chatbot Demo Expectations
- Sales executives must demonstrate industry-specific chatbot workflows: Prospect Flow (Lead Capture), Customer inquiries automation, Lead qualification via WhatsApp menus, Automatic data capture, Customer Flow (Service Automation), and Order / appointment updates.
- Support automation, Customer self-service menus, Vendor Flow (Operational Automation), Supplier coordination, Delivery confirmations, and Operational communication automation.
Requirements

Preferred Experience
- Field Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in on-ground sales, direct market visits, or feet-on-street sales roles, interacting with local businesses and decision-makers.
- Local Market Exposure: Experience visiting shops, offices, clinics, retail outlets, real estate offices, coaching centers, or service businesses to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Business Owner Interaction: Ability to confidently approach and communicate with business owners, managers, or decision makers during in-person visits.
- Sales Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to pitch products, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales during face-to-face meetings.
- Territory Sales Experience: Familiarity with territory-based selling, daily market planning, and managing a pipeline of prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Industry Exposure (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience selling products or services such as digital marketing services, SaaS tools, payment solutions, POS systems, telecom services, or business software will be an advantage.
