Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Accelerate growth metrics such as DAU, MAU, cross-sell, and up-sell for merchant business.
  2. Plan and execute CRM campaigns via Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and In-app channels.
  3. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize user conversion across funnels.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3–5 years of experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Mixpanel.
  2. Proven experience in executing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
  4. Bachelor's degree with at least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
