Founder's Office Executive
Ahmedabad | Full-time

We are looking for a highly organized, high-ownership person to work closely with the founder on cross-functional coordination, execution follow-through, special projects, and international business initiatives.
This is a high-trust role for someone who can bring structure, discipline, and momentum to founder-led priorities across the business. The role is not a pure admin position — it is meant for someone who is strong on follow-up, communication, project tracking, and working across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
Support the founder on key business priorities and day-to-day follow-through
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, trackers, and action lists
Track follow-ups across internal teams and external stakeholders
Coordinate on cross-functional projects and founder-led initiatives
Consolidate updates and present them in a structured way
Support international / export / partner coordination and special projects
Improve documentation, communication, and execution discipline

Ideal profile
2–5 years of relevant experience
Strong ownership and follow-through
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
Good with Excel / Google Sheets, trackers, and presentations
Startup / founder's office / operations / project coordination experience preferred
