About The Role
We are hiring energetic and self-driven
Medical Representatives to promote our clients Dermatology /Cosmetology products portfolio to doctors, clinics, and hospitals. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, scientific detailing skills, and consistent market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet Dermatologists / Cosmetologists, physicians, and key specialists to promote assigned brands
- Conduct product detailing with scientific accuracy and clarity
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure prescription generation
- Plan and execute daily doctor calls, chemist visits, and stockist coordination
- Track competitor activities and provide timely market insights
- Ensure the availability of products at retail and wholesale points
- Participate in CMEs, doctor engagement programs, and brand-building activities
- Maintain accurate records of fieldwork, call averages, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences (preferred)
- 2years or more of experience in Pharma Sales with simillar products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with doctors and chemists
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
