Human Resources Executive

Clion Care is an Ahmedabad-based hair transplant clinic chain delivering advanced hair restoration services across Gujarat. As we scale our clinical and administrative teams, we are looking for a driven HR Executive to own our end-to-end talent acquisition function.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1--3 years of recruitment experience to manage hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles. You will work closely with department heads, own the hiring pipeline, and ensure every new hire has a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer rollout

- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and local Ahmedabad networks

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers

- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess fitment, communication, and availability

- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation

- Handle pre-employment background checks and joining formalities

- Drive onboarding -- induction, ID issuance, and system access setup

- Maintain ATS, HR MIS reports, and employee records

- Support campus drives and job fairs in Ahmedabad

Who We're Looking For

Education: MBA/BBA in Human Resources or a related field

Experience: 1--3 years in recruitment (healthcare or aesthetics/dermatology sector preferred)

Languages: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)

Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Detail-oriented with strong time management

- Candidate-first mindset with a professional, empathetic approach
