Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in tech sales (preferably ERP domain) to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and assess client requirements to offer suitable solutions
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery

Key Skills Required

  • Proven experience in tech sales (ERP preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Technical background preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience in handling complete sales lifecycle is mandatory

Additional Requirement

  • Open to relocation to Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar, Gujarat
