Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in tech sales (preferably ERP domain) to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements to offer suitable solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience in tech sales (ERP preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Technical background preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales
- Experience in handling complete sales lifecycle is mandatory
