Job Description

Ensure compliance with the company's financial and fiscal policies, and provide leadership and coordination across business planning, financial performance, accounting, and budgeting.
All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
Identify and implement best practices to make the Company's financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective.
Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and Board meetings prepare quarterly consolidated accounts ensure compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns, and filings are up to date and compliant.
Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS. To lead the SOP to build weekly visibility into the P&L and cashflow of the company.
Help the organisation in raising funds (debt and equity), management of funds, and due diligence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

5-7 years in finance roles withing D2C/FMCG industry.
Strong expertise in reconciliations and sales processes, with the ability to identify early indicators of financial or operational risks.
CA/MBA in finance
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners.
