Role Overview:

The Head Finance will be responsible for driving the overall financial health of the business (small to medium type business).

This role focuses strongly on business finance, P&L ownership, financial planning, and strategic decision-making to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for the business

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Partner with leadership on business decisions, pricing, cost optimization, and profitability improvement

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance

- Translate financial data into actionable business insights for management

- Support scaling of business operations with robust financial structures and processes

- Oversee finance team and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of business finance and P&L management

- Hands-on experience in SME or growth-stage organizations

- Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership

- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
