About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the finance function for a reputed hotel group based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in hotels and restaurant businesses. This role requires deep operational finance expertise within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion and profitability
- Partner with leadership to drive financial performance
Financial Operations
- Oversee end-to-end accounting, MIS, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
Cost Control & Profitability
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across hotel operations and F&B outlets
- Conduct outlet-wise and department-wise profitability analysis
- Implement strong financial controls and SOPs
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Strengthen internal audit and risk management processes
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Streamline processes and implement best financial practices
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in hotels and restaurants
- Strong knowledge of hospitality finance, cost structures, and revenue models
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
