Job Title: Finance Head

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Objective of the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Finance Head to lead our finance function and drive financial excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end finance operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide actionable financial insights to support business growth. This role requires a proven leader who can build strong financial systems, optimize resources, and partner with leadership in shaping both domestic and international business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.

• Promotes and Companies Portfolios.
• Investment Management.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, payroll, and audits of the firm and group of Companies .

Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.

Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making and business growth strategies.

Build and implement internal financial controls, processes, and best practices.

• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for international operations and client/vendortransactions.
• Legal agreement setting and coordination with the legal team.
• Client Calls and Negotiation

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant or intermediate CA
• 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian, foreign Taxation, Statutory compliance, and corporate finance.
• Very Good Communication Skills.
