Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting potential and existing customers, presenting products or services, and generating new business within the assigned territory. Daily activities include identifying leads, scheduling and conducting client meetings, giving product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in alignment with company targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in reporting tools or CRM systems, as well as providing regular updates and feedback to the sales manager. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced or target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in meeting customers in person.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide customer-focused solutions.
  • Comfort with using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, mobile apps, or CRM software) for reporting and follow-up.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field while managing time and territory effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Gurugram and nearby areas as required by the role.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the local Gurugram market and proficiency in English and relevant regional languages are beneficial.
