Why urgent: Direct revenue impact — LDPE tarpaulins & HDPE pipes have strong B2B demand (agriculture, construction, irrigation).

Recommend hiring 2 people:

1 Field Sales Executive — visits dealers, contractors, agri-input stores, irrigation departments

1 Inside Sales / Tele-sales — handles inbound enquiries, follow-ups, order coordination

Profile to look for:

Experience selling industrial/agri/construction materials

Local market knowledge (district-level dealer networks)

Two-wheeler + DL preferred for field role
