With centers, home-based services, school programs, and therapist development initiatives, CureAble is working toward a long-term vision of transforming the lives of over 2 million children.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and visiting potential partner schools, clinics, and community organizations to promote CureAble's child development ecosystem and services. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, delivering presentations and product/service demos, and explaining CureAble's value proposition to parents, educators, and other stakeholders. The individual will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and follow-ups to closing deals and onboarding new partners or clients. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records in the CRM, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and participating in local events, workshops, or outreach activities to build brand visibility and trust.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with parents, school administrators, therapists, and community partners.
  • Proven field sales, business development, or direct customer-facing experience, ideally in education, healthcare, or child development services.
  • Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline, conduct effective follow-ups, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including route planning, scheduling visits, and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms for tracking leads and reporting.
  • Empathy and sensitivity when interacting with families and children, with a strong alignment to CureAble's mission and values.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel locally in and around Noida for field visits and on-ground initiatives.
