Role Description
The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time based in Delhi/NCR. The individual in this role will identify and visit potential customers, present Deltech Safety's product portfolio, and build strong relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and retailers. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales proposals, and closing orders.

The Field Sales Executive will track sales activities, maintain accurate records in sales reports or CRM tools, and provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to the management team.

The role also involves coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client meetings, and deal closure in industrial or B2B environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, manage accounts, and provide responsive follow-up and support.
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to present technical product information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Basic understanding of safety products, PPE, or industrial supplies; willingness to learn product features and safety standards.
  • Comfort with planning daily routes, managing territory coverage in and around Delhi/NCR, and working independently in the field.
  • Proficiency in maintaining sales reports and using basic digital tools or CRM systems for tracking performance.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in field sales, industrial sales, or distribution networks is preferred; candidates with strong potential and motivation will also be considered.
  • Owns a two-wheeler.
