Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Delhi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting products and services, and explaining features, pricing, and benefits. The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating terms within company guidelines. The Field Sales Executive will maintain regular contact with clients, collect feedback, and share insights with the internal team to improve offerings and customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing basic sales reports, updating customer records, and collaborating with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Comfort working on-site in Delhi, including regular client visits and local travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales targets and deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or mobile sales applications.
  • Ability to understand and clearly present product features, pricing, and value propositions to diverse customers.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus in all interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with the local Delhi market or similar urban markets is an advantage.
