Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA
3+ Years of experience
Experience in Retail will be preferred.
Adobe Illustrator and Coral Required

Key Result Areas

Organization and maintenance of design development including tech-packs artworks, trims sheet fabric worksheets, initial development.
Work closely with Design Directors to create concepts, select color stories and develop fabrics, prints trim and graphics.
Executing the overall development process by making sure all development of styles is on calendar in time for sales meetings and market week
Trends forecasting, creating color boards and mood boards, range development and sampling for all categories.
Work with the stitching master and tailors to ensure design protocols are being followed.
