Job Summary

We are hiring a Junior Fashion Designer for Kids and Men's Wear . The ideal candidate should have a good eye for fashion, a creative mindset, and knowledge of the Indian value retail market. You must be skilled in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator , and have a strong understanding of the fashion design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the senior design team in developing collections for kids and men s wear (casual, basics, and occasionwear).
• Create detailed design sheets, flats, and tech packs using Corel DRAW and Illustrator.
• Conduct trend and market research related to the Indian value fashion segment .
• Coordinate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure cost-effective and feasible designs.
• Take part in sample development, product reviews , and design changes.
• Maintain design archives and seasonal inspiration boards .
• Assist in photo shoots, catalog preparation , and visual displays when required.

Requirement's

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in apparel design , preferably in value retail or mass-market fashion .
• Proficient in Corel DRAW and Adobe Illustrator .
• Understanding of Indian fabrics, silhouettes, and customer preferences .
• Ability to design for tier-2 and tier-3 city consumers .
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience with a value retail brand .
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and sampling .
• Interest in both boyswear and menswear , along with a sense of visual presentation.
