Role Overview

We are seeking a Developer Relations Manager (DevRel) to drive engagement with high-quality developer communities globally. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building long-term relationships with top-tier developers, including open-source contributors, competitive programmers, and experienced engineers.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong developer ecosystem and supporting the company's AI initiatives through community-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilitie

• sIdentify and engage with developers across global platforms such as GitHub, Kaggle, Codeforces, and similar communitie
• sDesign and execute developer engagement initiatives, including hackathons, coding challenges, and technical program
• sBuild and manage a high-quality developer community aligned with organizational goal
• sCollaborate with internal teams to support AI model evaluation workflows and developer-driven initiative
• sCreate and manage developer-focused content, campaigns, and engagement strategie
• sAssess developer capabilities and onboard high-potential contributors into the ecosyste
• mMonitor community performance metrics and continuously improve engagement strategie
