Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of technical sales professionals to partner with clients, co-create use-case-specific solutions, and address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with IBM, client, and partner sales teams to design and deliver prototypes that drive transformative, value-added outcomes.
  • Maximize the use of IBM Technology Sales resources, including Client Engineering, 3rd party partners, and Customer Success Management teams.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide optimal solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 solutions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, candor, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Contribute to HR transformation programs and support cross-functional teams in achieving project objectives.
