Job Description

Role: Technical Recruiter We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Permanent hiring for IT roles. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and utilizing different methodologies to meet our hiring needs.

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, focusing on contract hires for IT and roles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
  • Oversee the preparation of offer letters, coordinate with the onboarding team, and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Desired Skills:

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on Permanent hiring for IT roles.
  • Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
