Role Overview

As the Community Growth Manager, you will own the growth, engagement, and retention of the Yutori Spaces community. You'll create meaningful experiences, activate members, build strong relationships, and turn our spaces into thriving hubs of connection and opportunity.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands people, culture, growth loops, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth & Acquisition

•Build strategies to grow the Yutori Spaces member community organically and through partnerships.

•Drive referrals, ambassador programs, collaborations, and local outreach.

•Identify and onboard creators, founders, freelancers, and aligned communities into the ecosystem.

•Develop campaigns to increase awareness and footfall.

Engagement & Retention

•Design systems to keep members engaged online and offline.

•Create weekly/monthly programming including meetups, workshops, mixers, wellness events, and networking sessions.

•Increase member retention through relationship-building and feedback loops.

•Ensure every member feels welcomed, connected, and valued.

Community Experience

•Own the member journey from onboarding to long-term advocacy.

•Build rituals, traditions, and moments that create belonging.

•Maintain a high-energy, warm, and premium community experience across all touchpoints.

•Resolve member concerns quickly and thoughtfully.

Content & Communication

•Run community communication channels (WhatsApp, Slack, Instagram, email newsletters, etc.).

•Create engaging content showcasing stories, events, wins, and opportunities.

•Keep the community informed, excited, and connected.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

•Build relationships with local brands, creators, startups, wellness experts, and event partners.

•Bring in value-added experiences and collaborations for members.

•Position Yutori Spaces as a go-to community destination.

Metrics & Growth Analytics

Track and improve:

•Community growth rate

•Event attendance

•Member engagement levels

•Retention / renewals

•Referral signups

•NPS / satisfaction scores

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years experience in community growth, community management, events, brand partnerships, or growth marketing.

•Strong people skills and natural relationship-builder.

•Loves hosting, energizing rooms, and making introductions.

•Understands growth loops, referrals, and engagement mechanics.

•Strong execution skills — can turn ideas into action quickly.

•Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).

•Social media/content instincts are a plus.

•Startup mindset: resourceful, hands-on, ownership-driven.

•Strong monthly event calendar with high attendance
