Barosi is an authentic food brand, celebrating Bharat and India through its products like Ghee, Honey, Oil, Pickles, etc. and stories. We are seeking a motivated customer support associate to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for milk-related queries. This role involves actively converting leads into trial and subscription customers while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support and Query Resolution
Respond to inbound queries related to milk products through calls, messages, and emails.
Address customer questions, concerns, and requirements promptly and effectively.
Lead Conversion
Engage with potential customers from various inbound channels (Meta, Google, organic traffic, and events).
Educate leads on Barosi's milk offerings, benefits, and subscription options.
Encourage trial usage of products and convert trial customers into long-term subscribers.
Promotions and Deals Communication
Inform customers about current deals, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
Tailor communication to increase customer engagement and maximise sales potential.
Follow-up and Customer Retention
Conduct follow-ups with trial customers to assess satisfaction and discuss subscription plans.
Develop positive relationships with customers to build trust and encourage long-term loyalty.
Feedback and Process Improvement
Collect feedback on customer preferences and relay insights to the product and marketing teams.
Provide input on customer communication strategies and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or support role, ideally within the food or FMCG industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
Ability to handle multiple inbound channels effectively and manage customer relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is a plus.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping customers make informed decisions.
