What you'll do:

  • Be the first line of contact for our customers across chat, email, and social media.
  • Solve queries with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Keep an eye on what matters - CSAT, FRT, AHT, TAT - and find the balance between speed and satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues, share insights, and help us make the experience better every day.
  • Collaborate with the team to make support not just a function, but a vibe.

What we're looking for:

Someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Bonus points if you've worked with CRM tools before or have experience handling high-volume customer interactions.
