We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual KPIs and metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Assist in the creation and improvement of customer support processes and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
