Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our International Voice Process team at iEnergizer. As a part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to international clients. If you have a passion for communication and customer interaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while interacting with clients.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of international voice experience preferred.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts and with rotational week offs.
  • Must be available to work from the office (Noida location).
  • 5 working days per week.

Salary Package: 40,000 - 50,000 CTC (based on your experience)

Rotational shifts and week-offs.

No cabs and meals facilities provided.
